How to order the correct tubular spiral window balance with factory installed clips:
1. Confirm the old balance uses a metal or plastic tube.
2. Measure tube length from the balance end to the bottom of the colored nylon bushing only — do not include the rod extension.
3. Note the color of the nylon bushing.
4. Verify the rod extension protruding from the nylon bushing matches.
5. Choose the required clip.
6. Match tube diameter, tube length, nylon bushing color, and clip to the balance being replaced. If all measurements and colors match, FR2922 is the correct balance.
