Return & Refund Policy

20-Day Return Window

You have 20 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • In original, unopened packaging
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-cut or special-order items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Hazardous materials or items containing flammable liquids

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided with your RMA. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain large or specialized items

Damaged or Defective Items

Shipping Policy

Canada Wide Marketplace reviews and submits orders promptly. Shipping and pickup timelines include the time each supplier needs to process, prepare, and release the order.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. Shipping to remote or northern locations may incur additional fees and longer delivery times.

Supplier Pickup

FREE pickup may be available for eligible products at a supplier warehouse. In-stock pickup is generally available the same day after the supplier confirms the order is prepared. Backordered items typically require 3-4 weeks. Availability varies by product and supplier.

CRL Small Order Fee

The small-order fee applies only to products whose Primary Brand is CRL. When the subtotal of CRL products in the cart is $50.00 or less, a $7.99 CRL small-order handling fee applies to help cover supplier processing and packaging costs. Non-CRL products are not subject to this fee and do not count toward the CRL subtotal threshold.

Order Processing

Canada Wide Marketplace reviews and submits orders to suppliers promptly during business hours. Final preparation and release timing is controlled by the supplier warehouse and may vary based on availability, order size, and destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view order status and tracking details.

Delivery Expectations

  • Residential Deliveries: Packages will be left at your door unless a signature is required.
  • Freight/Large Items: Carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please inspect items before signing.
  • Business Deliveries: Delivery is to the shipping dock or front entrance unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Delays

We process orders promptly, but delivery estimates may change because of supplier processing or preparation time, backorders, weather, carrier issues, or high-demand periods. We will notify you of any significant delays.
