Return & Refund Policy

At Canada Wide Marketplace, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
20-Day Return Window
You have 20 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:
- In original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-cut or special-order items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
- Hazardous materials or items containing flammable liquids
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@cwghp.ca or call 1-833-294-2944 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided with your RMA. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain large or specialized items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
