This Shipping Policy (the “Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions under which products purchased from Canada Wide Hardware (“Canada Wide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are processed, shipped, and delivered. This Policy applies to all orders placed through our website, https://cwghp.ca, or through any affiliated e-commerce platform, including but not limited to Google Store.

1. Shipping of In-Stock Products
Canada Wide Hardware is committed to ensuring timely and efficient delivery of all products available in our current inventory. Subject to successful payment authorization and order verification, all products designated as “in stock” at the time of purchase will be processed and shipped either on the same business day the order is received or, at the latest, by the next business day.

Shipping timelines may be affected by statutory holidays, force majeure events, or other factors beyond our control. However, under ordinary conditions, customers can expect delivery of their in-stock items within one (1) business day from the date of shipment, depending on the geographic location and the capabilities of the applicable carrier.

2. Shipping of Out-of-Stock or Special Order Products
Products that are not available in our immediate inventory at the time of order placement, including backordered items or items fulfilled from external distribution centres, will be processed for shipment within three (3) to five (5) business days from the date of order confirmation.

Customers will be notified by email or through their account dashboard in the event of any material delay beyond this standard window. We reserve the right to fulfill such orders in multiple shipments, where applicable, at no additional cost to the customer.

3. Shipping Carriers and Tracking
Canada Wide Hardware utilizes a variety of reliable national and regional carriers to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery possible. Tracking information will be provided to the customer via email once the order has been dispatched. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.

4. Geographic Limitations and Exceptions
At this time, shipping services are offered within Canada only. Certain remote or rural addresses may be subject to extended delivery times or may require additional shipping arrangements. Canada Wide Hardware will communicate directly with the customer in such cases.
