Certain finishes—such as Oil Rubbed Bronze—are designed to evolve with time and use, and may wear or change in appearance. These natural changes are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered by warranty.

Our warranty is limited exclusively to the replacement of, or refund of the purchase price for, any product proven to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection within twenty (20) days of receipt. No salesperson, agent, or employee is authorized to modify this warranty.

Under no circumstances shall Canada Wide Hardware be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses, including lost profits or loss of use. Our liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the merchandise shipped.
