Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Step 3: Prepare Your Item
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and proof of purchase included.

For a return to be deemed eligible, the item must be in unused, undamaged, and original condition. All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included and intact, accompanied by the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Refund Options & Processing
Upon satisfactory inspection, you may choose a store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Please note that processing times for refunds to your card may vary. For purchases made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are only available as store credit.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items specifically prepared to your specifications are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
