20-Day Return Window

  • Contact us within 20 days of your invoice date to start a return.

Original Condition Required

  • Items must be in original, resalable condition and packaging.

  • An RMA number from our team is required for all returns.

  • Custom orders, glass doors, and tools are non-returnable
  • Step 1: Contact Customer Service

    Reach out to our team by phone or email within 20 days of your invoice date. We will confirm your eligibility and provide you with a required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Step 2: Package Your Item

    Securely package the item in its original, undamaged packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

  • Step 3: Ship Your Return

    Send the item back to the address provided by our customer service team.

Our Detailed Policy

Condition for Eligible Returns

For a return to be accepted, all items must be in their original, resalable condition. This means the product must be in its original, undamaged packaging and free of any new markings, writing, or damage.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive a product that is defective, please notify us within 20 days of the invoice date. At our discretion, we will work with you to either replace the item or issue a credit for the original purchase price.

Non-Returnable Items & Custom Orders

Due to their nature, Glass Doors and Tools are final sale. Additionally, all custom orders are non-refundable, including items that have been powder-coated or cut-to-size.
