Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, is a high-strength glass door rail system engineered for secure, fast installation. The patented Wedge-Lock® Securing System applies bottom-up wedge pressure using two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar tightened with socket head cap bolts. As the bar pulls down, angled extrusions ride an angled groove in the door rail to create compressive force against the glass—generating substantial holding force (more than 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail and proportionally more in the full-length 35-3/4" rail).

NOTE: Actual product height: 4-1/16" (103 mm).

After installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide ±1/8" (3.2 mm).

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in jamb alignment block. Arms, pivots, closer arms, and keyed cylinders or thumbturns must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
