The PS-EXIT Power Supply delivers filtered, regulated power and control for Adams Rite 8000/3000 Series exit devices with MLR/LR, improving reliability and protecting motorized latch retraction mechanisms from voltage irregularities.

This compact power supply controls up to two MLR or LR exit devices. Each device is governed by a user-configurable timer (2–60 seconds) initiated by a switch closure. When the timer expires the device re-latches; if the switch remains closed longer than the selected time, the device stays unlatched until the switch is released. Ideal for access control installations requiring timed electric latch retraction.

• Optional mode: both retraction timers can activate from closure of either switch for synchronized operation
• Exit devices under access system control remain latched during a complete power failure but always allow free mechanical egress
