Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TDU12PL) measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Low profile door rails ship complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches—ready to install.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers a secure attachment and the fastest installation time among commercial door rails. Experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive completely fabricated; after installation attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide. The adjustable system allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door—standard on both top and bottom rails.

To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide, while the two outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide permits pivot placement other than the American Standard setback of 2-3/4" (69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
