Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, uses the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System to secure monolithic tempered glass in frameless and semi-frameless doors. The system applies downward pressure via two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tightened with socket head cap bolts, angled extrusions engage an angled groove in the door rail, pulling the extrusions together and compressing the door-retaining gasket to create exceptional clamping force (more than 900 lbs. in the 9" (228.6 mm) corner rail). This proven method gives superior hold along full-length rails, making it ideal for heavy-use commercial entrances and specialty glass doors.

The Wedge-Lock® glass securing system delivers fast installation for door rails and glass doors. Experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rails ship fully fabricated with end caps installed. After rail installation, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The standard adjustable door alignment system allows up to 1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door—available on both top and bottom rails. To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts provide the ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment. The low-profile slide lets pivots with slotted grooves be positioned off the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), allowing fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
