Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SBL38PL) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System. Rails come complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches—ready to install for frameless glass doors, including low profile storefront and interior glass door applications.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides secure glass attachment and the fastest installation time in its class; experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails ship fabricated with end caps installed and include an adjustable door alignment slide that accepts door arms or pivots (not included). The adjustable alignment allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb on both top and bottom rails without removing the door—ideal for out-of-square openings.

Access to adjustments is simple: remove the end cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts—the center bolt locks the slide, and the outer bolts allow the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment. The low-profile slide enables pivot placement other than the American Standard setback, supporting customization for vertical misalignment.

ORDERING INFORMATION:

• All door rails are supplied with the standard Kwik-Adjust™ pivot alignment system. Closer arms and floor or overhead pivots are ordered separately.
• Models with locks are supplied with the lock mechanism installed; matching finish keyed cylinders or thumbturns must be ordered separately.
• End caps are included in stock door rail lengths; specify door rail length (including end
