CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SBL38P) is a ready-to-install, low profile door rail designed for glass doors. At just 2-5/16" (59 mm) high and 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide, it integrates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) to secure 3/8" (10 mm) glass quickly and reliably. Rails ship complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

Fast installation — better long-term performance: The Wedge-Lock® system reduces install time and provides a rigid single-component housing that resists shifting or loss of adjustment. Experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Internal components stay in place during installation; glass securing pads are built for longevity in extreme environments.

Adjustability: Built-in adjustable door alignment slides (top and bottom) allow ±1/8" (±3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. After installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center secures the slide; the outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide permits pivot placement offset from the American Standard setback for out-of-square openings.

Compatibility & options: Models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10–19 mm) glass. All rails include the built-in jamb alignment block; arms, pivots, closer arms, floor or overhead pivots, keyed cylinders, and thumbturns are ordered separately. Pivot inserts 1NT701, 1NT703, and 1NT704 sold separately. Lock-equipped models ship with the latch mechanism installed; matching finish cylinders or thumbturns must be ordered separately.
