Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail is a compact door rail for 1/2" (12 mm) tempered glass, measuring only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. It features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for secure, fast installation. CRL Low Profile Door Rails ship ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides a secure attachment and the fastest installation time among door rails for glass doors—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated with End Caps installed; after mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide pre-assembled in the rail. The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door (standard on both top and bottom rails).

To adjust the door after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide ±1/8" (3 mm). The low-profile adjustable slide lets pivots with slotted grooves be positioned off the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
