Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TBL38PL) is a compact, ready-to-install rail measuring 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. Designed for glass doors, it features CRL’s patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for secure, long-lasting attachment to monolithic tempered glass. Rails ship complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

Installation & adjustment:
After installing the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable alignment slide. To fine-tune alignment after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket-head cap bolts: center bolt locks the slide; outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide permits pivot placement other than standard 2-3/4" (69.8 mm) setback to accommodate vertically out-of-square openings.

Finishes & ordering:
Available in several standard architectural finishes; custom finishes and widths quoted on request. Rails with locks are supplied with the lock mechanism installed — matching finish keyed cylinders or thumbturns must be ordered separately. End Caps are included with stock rail lengths; specify finished rail length (including End Caps) for custom orders.
