Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TBL38P) measures just 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). These low profile door rails ship ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions and adjustment wrenches—ideal for installers needing a fast, reliable door rail for 3/8" glass installations.

The Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System delivers secure glass retention plus industry-leading installation speed—experienced installers can prepare a door for installation in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated with End Caps installed; after mounting, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide. The standard Adjustable Door Alignment System on both top and bottom rails lets you fine-tune the door 1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door.

To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the two outer bolts permit the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment. The slim adjustable slide accommodates pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings, offering flexibility for nonstandard jamb setbacks.

Other Wedge-Lock® Door Rail advantages: models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 or 19 mm) glass; a rigid single-component housing prevents shift or loss of adjustment over time; internal components remain in place during installation; and glass securing pads are engineered for longevity in extreme environments.
