Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and integrates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2, Canadian Patent 2,419,706, and European Patent No. EP 1 404 939 B1). Low Profile Door Rails ship complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches—ready to install for frameless and patch door applications using 3/8" glass.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers fast, reliable installation for low profile glass door rails—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails come fully fabricated with end caps installed; attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail. The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment without removing the door on both top and bottom rails.

To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm). The low-profile slide lets pivots with slotted grooves be positioned other than the American Standard setback of 2-3/4" (69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
