CRL Low Profile Door Rail measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails ship ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides secure attachment and the fastest installation time among door rail systems—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive completely fabricated with the adjustable door alignment slide installed; attach door arm or pivot (not included) after rail installation. The adjustable alignment slide allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb on both top and bottom rails without removing the door—ideal for vertically out-of-square openings.

Access adjustments by removing the End Cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the two outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide enables pivot placement other than the American Standard setback.

Other product highlights: models to accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass; rigid single-component housing that resists shifting; no need to remove internal components before installation; durable glass-securing pads for extreme environments. All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include a built-in jamb alignment block; arms and pivots must be ordered separately.
