Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU DR2TBS38P) measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). These low profile door rails ship ready-to-install with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers a secure attachment plus industry-leading installation speed — experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated with end caps installed; after rail installation, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The built-in Adjustable Door Alignment System allows 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment without removing the door and is standard on both top and bottom rails. To access adjustments after installation, remove the end cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide and the two outer bolts provide the 1/8" adjustment. The low-profile slide also enables pivot placement other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), allowing fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
