This CRL 5-Pin Tumbler Lock (SKU: E2104) features a hardened breakaway tailpiece and includes two keys. The lock uses a Schlage®-compatible keyway for easy rekeying and compatibility with existing Schlage-style systems—ideal for storefront and commercial glass door applications seeking a reliable 5-pin tumbler lock with breakaway tailpiece protection.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure the key will retract from the cylinder before installing the unit into the outside pull handle. If the cylinder is installed with the key turned 180 degrees (up-side down) the key cannot be removed from the cylinder. If this happens, remove the cylinder, turn the key right side up, and re-install.
