The special sawtooth design of CRL Amazing Glazing Plated Diamond Drills reduces contact area for improved grinding action and increased coolant penetration, making these plated diamond drill bits ideal for glass drilling in portable tripod and cup-style machines. Our most durable drill is machined from solid steel for extended life. For best performance, use with DTC80 Diamond Tool Coolant and submerge the bit in a retaining ring. Although plated, these diamond drills can be sharpened one time with a CRL Sharpening Stone after surface wear to expose remaining diamonds and extend service life.

Safety: Always wear proper safety gear, including eye protection, and perform work on a flat, horizontal surface. Use a Cat. No. GF1 Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt Device when using electric tools with water or coolant. Failure to follow precautions can result in operator injury.
