CRL Sealant Tape (SKU ST116X14) is a black, fabric-reinforced synthetic rubber sealant tape designed for weatherproofing, gasketing, and general sealing. The lightweight polyester cloth carrier prevents stretching, creeping, or sagging, so the tape holds to most surfaces—even vertical or overhead—creating a watertight, gasket-like seal with outstanding resistance to weathering. Accelerated weather testing showed no loss of flexibility or resiliency and no surface cracking after 1,300 hours of exposure. The tape withstands sub-zero temperatures down to −70°F (−56.7°C) and has aggressive tack for application at temperatures as low as 40°F (4°C). Peel-and-stick installation is quick and allows repositioning without damaging the tape or substrate.
