CRL Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) Setting Blocks (SKU: TPR569) are 90‑durometer thermoplastic rubber blocks engineered for glazing applications. They match traditional neoprene setting blocks in performance while offering excellent chemical resistance, non‑marring surfaces, and compatibility with modern structural glazing sealants. Available in the most popular neoprene block sizes for easy specification and replacement.
Product Warning:
To ensure sealant-to-block compatibility, silicone sealant manufacturers can test accessory materials with their sealants using ASTM C1087-87; test results will be provided in writing. Testing typically requires about four weeks from receipt of samples. Job-specific compatibility testing prior to startup is recommended with each silicone sealant manufacturer.
