These CRL High Density Foam Spacing and Sealing Pads are engineered as precision glass panel foam spacers and sealing pads for glazing applications. They function as both spacers between glass panels and as end seals (dams) to contain pour areas, providing consistent alignment and a uniform gap every time. Install quickly with the CRL Rubber Spacing Block and Sealing Pad Installation Tool for accurate, repeatable placement. The pressure-sensitive adhesive on one side allows pads to be stacked to increase spacing in 1/4" (6 mm) increments to match custom glass gap requirements. For sloped pours, use with Rigid Rubber Spacing Blocks to prevent glass movement during installation.
NOTE: Cut 5/8" (16 mm) off the length of the Spacing and Sealing Pad when used with the B5L Series Low Profile Base Shoe.
