CRL PD and PDT Series Metal Bond Diamond Drills

Italian-made metal bond diamond drills engineered for glass production: a specialized diamond-and-bronze bond for maximum lifespan and cooler, faster cutting. Metal bond drills deliver the longest life of any diamond drill — typically 1,000–2,000 holes in 1/4" (6.4 mm) glass with proper maintenance and periodic dressing on a wet sharpening stone. The full 3/8" (10 mm) deep diamond surface supports extended run times while requiring use on true-running machines and flat glass surfaces.
