These CRL Aluminum Threaded Klik® Poly-Nuts (SKU 135VB) deliver a fast, vibration-proof threaded insert solution for thin and thicker panels—down to .010" (.25 mm) or .020" (.51 mm) and up to .080" (2 mm) or .125" (3.17 mm). Ideal for metal, fiberglass and rigid plastic that’s too thin for traditional tapped threads, these aluminum threaded poly-nuts install nearly flush and hold machine bolts and screws securely. The special installation tool sets the inserts by compression fit so they remain in place and resist vibration, accommodating thread sizes from #6-32 to 3/8"-16.

These Threaded Poly-Nuts are available in bulk or in the Kit, which includes one insert tool, mandrels, and a full selection of all seven nut and insert sizes in a sturdy compartmented carrying case. Tool components, mandrels, nuts and inserts are also sold individually.
