The CRL Amazing Glazing Plated Diamond Drills feature a unique and aggressive sawtooth profile that enhances grinding action and improves coolant penetration, making them ideal for portable tripod and cup-style machines.
Crafted from solid steel, these are our most durable plated drills, available in diameters ranging from 1/8" to 4-1/2" (3.2 to 114.3 mm).
For optimal performance, use with DTC80 Diamond Tool Coolant and ensure the drill is submerged in a retaining ring.
Although they are plated, these drills can be sharpened once with a CRL Sharpening Stone to extend their life after wear.
Always prioritize safety with appropriate gear, and avoid freehand drilling to prevent damage and warranty voidance.
