These CRL Super-Duty Shipping Pads (SKU: NSP1211) are high-density trocellen foam pads used by aluminum window and door fabricators to support, separate, and protect finished units during transport and storage. The highly condensed foam compresses slightly under load to absorb shock and distribute heavy loads, making these ideal shipping pads for windows, doors, and metal frames. A pressure-sensitive adhesive coating bonds securely in all climates yet removes cleanly without residue or discoloration of metal surfaces—even after months in storage. Die-cut on sheets of release paper for fast peel-and-apply use in high-production environments. Standard thicknesses: 1/4" and 1/2" (6.3 and 12.7 mm). All sizes are packed in boxes suitable for U.P.S. shipment.
