CRL Nordic Plastic Cutting Blades (SKU: CSB10X100P) deliver clean, chip-free cuts for formica, acrylics, Plexiglas, heavy-wall PVC pipe and most other plastics. These plastic cutting saw blades feature a Uni-Chip tooth pattern and a positive 5° hook angle to improve feed rates and heat management. Increased side and top clearance angles reduce friction and produce smoother edges, making these blades an excellent general-purpose choice for cutting plastics (not suitable for Lexan or polycarbonates).
Important: These blades will not cut Lexan or polycarbonates (approximately 50% harder than acrylic/Plexiglas).
