You can get a perfect diamond grind from our wide range of sizes and shapes using CRL Diamond Router Bits. The 100 Grit Diamond is excellent for general routing that will leave you with a medium finish. The 1/4" (6.4 mm) shank fits perfectly in our router systems and others that have matching fractional collets. Diamond coolant such as DTC80GL should be directed at the contact point of inward rotation of the glass and diamond router bit.
Ideal operating speed is 8,000 RPM. 2-1/4" (57 mm) overall length.
