This versatile door closer features an Adjustable Dual-Purpose Bottom Pivot Set for both floor and threshold mounting, catering to doors with a 1/2" top rail depth.
With a 5-year limited warranty and UL listing, it assures quality and reliability.
Available in both 90º and 105º Hold Open and No Hold Open models, this door closer offers independent dual-action valves for precise control of closing and latching speeds.
Additional features include adjustable spring tension and special retaining rings to prevent adjustment valve screws from being completely removed.
Please note, for optimal performance and to prevent damage, an auxiliary floor or overhead door stop is recommended.
