The CRL PD and PDT Series Metal Bond Diamond Drills are expertly designed for high-volume glass fabrication, offering unmatched performance thanks to a special diamond and brass bond.
These Italian-made, multi-layer drills feature a 3/8" diamond matrix depth and provide the longest lifespan of any diamond drill, capable of drilling 1000 to 2000 holes in 1/4" glass with proper maintenance.
Choose from two mounting styles: Straight Shank or Belgian Thread, with the CRL PD Series offering an extra-long shaft for a secure grip and the CRL PDT Series featuring popular Belgian-style threads.
Always prioritize safety by wearing gloves and eye protection, and ensure work is conducted on a flat surface using a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt Device when operating electric tools with water or coolant.
