The dual-purpose CRL Combination Spline Roller and Screen Wire Cutter can roll fiberglass screen into the frame with one end, and cut the excess screen with the other end. The nylon wheel has a rounded edge, and the blade is made of hardened steel. They are set in a contoured hardwood handle. You can save money, and room in your tool belt, on this 2-for-1 special. Available with two roller sizes in either nylon or steel.
