CRL Sharpening Stones are essential for maintaining the longevity and efficiency of your diamond drills.
Designed to expose fresh cutting crystals by removing worn diamond and bond contact, these stones are perfect for drills up to 6 inches (152 mm) in diameter, including our DCD, HBT, PD, and PDT Series.
To ensure safe and effective use, always select a sharpening stone larger than the drill diameter and submerge it in water or a coolant solution before use.
For optimal performance, lightly dress the drill on the stone without overuse, avoiding the sides of the diamond drills.
For sharpening diamond wheels, opt for our finer EMSS Type Stones.
