CRL EDD Series Standard Plated Diamond Drills are engineered as an economical, high-performance solution for drilling glass, tile, and similar brittle materials. The solid steel core with diamond plating provides fast drilling and clean break-outs. The generous 3/8" (9 mm) shank ensures a secure fit in most drill motors and tripod/cup-style drilling rigs. When worn, the plated surface may be sharpened one time with a CRL Sharpening Stone to expose remaining diamonds and extend tool life.

Always use the proper CRL Diamond Tool Coolant mixed with water for optimal cutting life and reduced heat when drilling glass or ceramic tile.
