CRL Brass Tip Nozzles (SKU: BN3) are brass insulating glass sealant nozzles designed for almost all automated sealant dispensing systems. The nozzle features a narrow ridge that fits between glass lites to guide hot melt butyl for a smoother, more consistent bead. Compatible with CRL HEG522, SS96 and most other hot melt extruders and automated butyl dispensing systems.
Product Warning:
Always wear appropriate heat-resistant safety gear when working with hot melt butyl. Temperatures exceeding 400°F can cause severe burns.
