CRL EDD Series Standard Plated Diamond Drills were designed as a cost-effective, high-value diamond-plated drill for clean, fast hole cutting in glass and similar materials. The sturdy solid-steel construction provides quick hole drilling with clean break-outs, while the smooth continuous rim helps reduce chipping. These economical diamond drill bits accept a 3/8" (9 mm) shank for a secure fit in most drill machines. When worn, the plated surface can be sharpened one time with a CRL Sharpening Stone to expose remaining diamonds and extend tool life.
Always use the proper mixture of CRL Diamond Tool Coolant and water for optimal diamond bit cooling and longer life.
