These CRL Aluminum Threaded Klik® Poly-Nuts offer a fast, cost-effective way to add permanent internal threads to thin materials (down to .010"/.25 mm or .020"/.51 mm) and thicker substrates (up to .080"/2 mm or .125"/3.17 mm). Ideal for applications that previously couldn’t accept tapped threads, these aluminum poly-nuts provide a nearly flush, vibration-proof compression fit that accepts machine bolts and screws from 6-32 up to 3/8"-16 thread sizes. The special installation tool sets the inserts by compression, and they hold securely without through-fastening—perfect for blind fasten applications in metal, fiberglass and rigid plastic.
