All CRL Premium Cap Railings (SKU: GR307BS) are precision-formed to maintain uniform diameters for smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. An internal channel is welded in place to increase strength and stability during fabrication. For a secure, permanent bond at connections use Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement.
Use connector sleeves to join cap rails. Stainless alloy 304 is standard; stainless alloy 316 and alternative brass alloys are available on special order. Contact CRL Railing Technical Sales for alloy options, lead times, or a custom quote.
NOTE: When using GR207, GR257, and GR307 Series cap rails, use Cat. No. GR7PV cap rail vinyl and 95CBL silicone to secure the glass.
*This dimension is used to calculate glass size. Add your desired clearance or allow an additional 1/8" (3.2 mm) if using cap rail vinyl.
