CRL's Flush Mount Cap Assembly (SKU: CAPF112BS) is engineered for use with 1-1/2" (38 mm) standoff bases to produce a flush, low-profile finish on glass and panel installations. The 316 stainless steel cap includes a 7/8" (22 mm), 3/8"-16 socket head screw and clear vinyl washers. Cap diameter: 1-3/8" (35 mm). Minimum material thickness: 3/8" (10 mm). An optional 1-1/2" (38 mm) screw, Cat. No. CAP38S, is available for thicker materials. This flush mount cap is ideal for architectural glass standoff applications that require a seamless, flush look.
NOTE: Fabrication requires drilling a 1" (25 mm) through-hole and countersinking (Cat. No. BDC112) to achieve a flush or flat surface.
Product Warning:
Cap requires a countersink drill operation to complete installation. DO NOT drill too deep with Cat. No. BDC112 countersink. Dry-fit the flush cap several times as needed to achieve the desired surface flatness.
Stainless Steel Advisory:
