CRL Slip-Fit 135 Degree Horizontal Corners (SKU: GRL10H3PS) are engineered for 11 Gauge Cap Railing assemblies to create clean, hairline joint corners on glass railing runs. Designed for 1/2" (12 mm) or 5/8" (16 mm) tempered glass, these 135° horizontal corner connectors provide a durable, low-profile solution for frameless and cap-rail glass balustrades. Two connector sleeves are required per corner. Standard stainless alloy: 316.
Installation & bonding: Use CRL Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement for a secure, permanent bond between the corner and cap rail. When installing with 1/2" (12 mm) glass, use GR5PV Cap Rail Vinyl plus 95CBL Silicone to secure the glass. When using 5/8" (16 mm) glass, secure with 95CBL Silicone and shims only.
Stainless Steel Advisory:
