CRL Roll Formed Square Cap Rails offer a less expensive alternative over our Premium Cap Rails, but still maintain the look and performance required in a glass railing system. Cap Rails support a wide range of glass thicknesses by using different Cap Rail Protective Rubber Inserts. All CRL Roll Formed Square Cap Rails are made using precision tooling to maintain uniform squareness, allowing for smooth hairline transitions at splices, corners, and end caps. Use only our specified Roll Formed Square Cap Railing Connector Sleeves, along with Cat. No. 7649 Primer, and Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement to achieve a secure and permanent bond at all connections.
SRF15 Series 1-1/2" (38 mm) Square Cap Rail for 1/2", 9/16", and 5/8" (12, 13.52, and 16 mm) Glass. SRF20 Series 2" (51 mm) Square Cap Rail for 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 11/16", and 27/32" (12, 13.52, 16, 17.52, and 21.52 mm) Glass.
