Description
Overview
- Excellent temperature resistance — short term 450°F (232°C), long term 300°F (149°C)
- Can be bonded prior to powder coat or liquid painting processes
- Bonds to many substrates for interior and exterior industrial use
CRL 3M® VHB™ GPH Tape (SKU: 3M110112G) is a high-temperature, closed-cell acrylic structural tape designed to replace mechanical fasteners (rivets, spot welds, screws) and liquid adhesives in demanding manufacturing and industrial applications. Engineered for permanent bonding where heat tolerance and paint-process compatibility matter, this VHB™ tape adheres cleanly to irregular surfaces, provides gap filling and stress relaxation, and resists UV, solvents, and moisture. Ideal long-tail use cases: high temperature VHB tape for powder coating, industrial structural adhesive tape for exterior assemblies, and paint-process compatible mounting tape.
A permanent bonding solution that replaces traditional mechanical fasteners and liquid adhesives in high-temperature and paint-process applications.
