CRL introduced 3M® Trizact® Abrasive Film to the glass industry. This engineered film features micro‑pyramid abrasive geometry that exposes fresh abrasive uniformly as material wears, flushing used particles away for consistent cutting and reduced contamination.


The five-grade, easy-to-use system progresses from a fine ground finish to an optically clear surface—ideal for glass scratch removal, edge finishing, scuff and wiper-mark repair, and high-polish restoration on flat or curved glass. No messy slurries: use wet with plain water for best results.

For optimum results, use each grade until all scratches from the previous grade are removed. When using the high-polish (cerium) stage, flush the work surface with water between stages to remove loose abrasive and avoid small defects in the finished surface.
