CRL Brass Tip Nozzles (SKU: BN10) may be used with almost all automated sealant dispensing systems. The BN10 nozzle features a ridge that fits between glass lites to produce a smoother, more consistent application of hot melt butyl. Compatible with CRL HEG522 and SS96 hot melt extruders and most other hot melt extruders—ideal for insulating glass, IG unit sealing, and commercial glazing applications.
Product Warning:
Always wear proper safety gear when working with hot melt butyl. Temperatures exceeding 400°F can severely burn the skin.
