CRL Diamond Machine Coolant (SKU: DMC5GL) is a highly concentrated, cost-effective glass edging lubricant and glass beveling coolant ideal for industrial and commercial glass shops. Typical dilution ranges from 50:1 to 100:1, with addition at tank side or via automated metering. Formulated for heavy-duty grinding and beveling up to 2" (51 mm), CRL DMC5 reduces "popcorn" particle buildup, offers long-lasting microbiological protection, and helps keep lines clear—extending the life of tools and sumps. Its water-based, oil-free formulation and moderate pH make it easier to handle and more environmentally considerate compared with solvent-based coolants.
