CRL Diamond Machine Coolant is a high performance, cost-effective lubricant that is highly concentrated. The concentration on this product is usually within 50:1 to 100:1. With addition at tank side or by automated metering equipment, this product accommodates grinding bevels of up to 2" (51 mm). CRL DMC5 is considered a heavy-duty lubricant that can even extend the life of the sump. It is designed with long-lasting micro biological protection suited for heavy use situations experienced in even the largest of glass facilities. It also reduces the development of "popcorn" particles during grinding to keep the lines clear. CRL DMC5 is manufactured with the environment in mind, using a water-based formulation containing absolutely no oil. It is also pH-controlled at moderate levels to facilitate operator handling.
