These CRL Aluminum Threaded Klik® Poly-Nuts (SKU: 131VB) deliver a reliable way to add permanent machine threads in thin materials from .010" or .020" (.25 or .51 mm) up to thicker stock (.080" or .125" / 2 or 3.17 mm). Ideal as a blind fastener for metal, fiberglass and rigid plastic that’s too thin for tapped threads, these threaded poly-nuts install nearly flush and lock in place to resist vibration. The special installation tool compresses the insert for a secure fit and accepts machine bolts and screws from 6-32 up to 3/8" (10 mm) -16.

These Threaded Poly-Nuts are available in bulk or in the Kit (one insert tool, mandrels, and all seven sizes of nuts and inserts) in a compartmented plastic carrying case.
