CRL Stick-On Sanding Discs (SKU PSA7220) feature a 100% polyester, waterproof backing and pressure-sensitive adhesive for fast peel-and-stick application. Constructed with high-quality silicon carbide grain, these stick-on sanding discs deliver consistent glass edge sanding and efficient material removal to reduce shop time and labor. Five popular grits are regularly stocked; additional grits from 60X to 400X are available by special order.
MOST POPULAR GRITS FOR GLASS:
60X - Extra-rough for quick general roughing (mitered edge)
80X - Rough for quick contouring (auto glass edge)
120X - Smooth for seaming and polishing (desk top edge)
220X - Extra-smooth for fine frosted finish (glass shelf edge)
400X - Extra-fine for opaque or extra-fine frosted finishes
Product Warning:
Always wear proper safety gear (ES15030 safety spectacles and ES285X respirator) when using abrasives. Pressure-sensitive discs are not intended for disc sanders running at very high RPMs (4000 or higher). Disc sanders with variable or two-speed settings (for example CAT.NO. PV7001C) are better suited for pressure-sensitive sanding discs such as PSA760, PSA780, PSA7120, PSA7220 or PSA7400.
