CRL Stick-On Sanding Discs (SKU: PSA7400) are pressure-sensitive, peel-and-stick sanding discs made from 100% polyester waterproof material with high-quality silicon carbide grain. Designed for glass edgework and general abrasive tasks, these discs speed production by eliminating adhesive application and reducing setup time. Five commonly stocked grits cover roughing to extra-fine finishes; additional grits from 60X to 400X are available by special order.

Product Warning:

Always wear proper safety gear: ES15030 safety spectacles and an ES285X respirator when using abrasive belts. Pressure-sensitive discs are not intended for disc sanders running at very high RPMs (4000 or higher). Disc sanders with variable or two-speed settings, such as CAT.NO. PV7001C, are better suited for pressure-sensitive sanding discs including PSA760, PSA780, PSA7120, PSA7220 and PSA7400.
