CRL Dressing Boards also provide a fast, consistent method to form edge profiles on new polishing wheels. Select the appropriate board thickness, cut the board edge to match the diamond profile, then run the board over the polishing wheel while gradually raising the wheel so the abrasive stone cuts the profile into the softer polishing material—ideal for diamond wheel dressing and polishing wheel profile dressing operations.
