Heavy commercial traffic requires regular replacement of vertical door weatherseals. The CRL Commercial Door Astragal (SKU: R011G83L) is a mill-finish, extruded aluminum channel weatherstrip designed for fast installation and field adjustment on existing commercial doors. This retrofit astragal fits Kawneer®-style astragals with a center channel width of 1/2" (12.7 mm) or larger and installs with a screwdriver using the included pre-punched spring tensioner for quick alignment with the mating surface. An exclusive impermeable film barrier effectively stops air infiltration, improving door sealing and energy efficiency. The astragal can be cut to length to accommodate unusual door heights.
